Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data solely on the basis of the statutory provisions: the GDPR, the DSG (Austrian Data Protection Act) and the TKG 2021 (Austrian Telecommunications Act). This policy informs you about the key aspects of data processing on this website.
This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 35, 4020 Linz, Austria (processor under Art. 28 GDPR). When you access the website, the web server automatically processes information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer).
This data is processed to keep the website running reliably and to improve security (legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after 90 days at the latest, unless security incidents require longer retention. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
If you contact us via the contact form, the configurator, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, subject, your message, your vehicle configuration and any files you choose to attach (for example photos of your vehicle).
The form sends your details by email to office@trailershop.at. In addition, enquiries including attached files are stored on this website’s server as a backup, accessible only to us and to our hosting provider as processor. We use them solely to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract) or on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to deal with them, but no longer than three years after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply (generally seven years under § 132 BAO, the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).

Clicking the map image takes you to Google Maps. Only then do you leave our website; data processing there is governed by Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
This website links to the websites of the manufacturers Brian James Trailers and Woodford Trailers, to team hoffmann racing and to our Google reviews. The operators of those websites are responsible for data processing there; their privacy policies apply.
Data is transmitted between your browser and our website in encrypted form via HTTPS (TLS). We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact office@trailershop.at or write to the postal address above.
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
We will update this privacy policy if the legal situation or the processing on this website changes. The wording published here at any given time applies.
